When it comes to relays, many people might be unfamiliar with them—they are electronic components hidden deep within equipment, unseen and unfelt. Yet, it is precisely this unassuming "minor player" that has permeated various sectors, from transportation and communications to energy, thanks to its precise current control capabilities, becoming an indispensable "invisible switch" in modern life. How It Works
At its core, a relay is an electromagnetic automatic switch that uses "small currents to control large ones." A weak signal current at the control end generates an electromagnetic force in the internal coil, which drives the contacts to open or close. This indirectly controls the high-voltage, high-current circuit at the load end, achieving safe isolation between weak and strong electrical signals.
